Our goal was to help this office identify the level of satisfaction students have of the services they provide. We did a broad diagnosis to understand how this office communicated and handled health and illness with the students. Additionally, we explored students' perceptions, health beliefs and levels of satisfaction with regards to the services provided by this office. We offered a final report to the office with explanations of what has been found in the multilayered research process and suggestions of possible lines of action to improve the level of students' satisfaction and the services provided.
